Cynthia Barnes is a phenomenal keynote speaker who focuses on the importance of people of color and women entering the sales force. Cynthia shares a great story about her father sitting her down when she was little and telling her that as a black girl, she would have to work harder than others to achieve her goals but that didn't make them impossible. She took that advice and let it inform the rest of her career - working hard everyday to find her own success.
